Led by Henry Kleinsmith and Francois Kleinsmith, CTS Group combines decades of financial, technical and construction management experience. The company operates with a hands-on approach, overseeing projects from planning through to completion while maintaining a strong commitment to workmanship, attention to detail and client expectations.
Francois Kleinsmith, a BSc Construction Management graduate from the University of Pretoria, oversees technical execution and project management across the business, brings more than two decades of practical building industry experience to each project.
Together with a long-standing team of skilled professionals, site managers and trusted subcontractors, CTS Group has delivered a wide range of luxury residential homes, bespoke builds and architect-driven projects across Johannesburg, Gauteng and surrounding areas.
