Henry Kleinsmith
Henry Kleinsmith brings more than 50 years of financial and industry experience to the business, overseeing financial management and construction administration within CTS Group.
Francois Kleinsmith
Francois Kleinsmith holds a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria and has more than 23 years of practical experience within the building and construction industry.He is primarily responsible for technical execution, project management and on-site coordination across the company’s residential and commercial projects. His experience spans luxury residential homes, architect-led builds, estate developments and specialised construction projects throughout Gauteng and surrounding areas.

Infrastructure & Resources
CTS Group operates with extensive construction infrastructure and equipment, including scaffolding systems, heavy machinery, transport vehicles and specialised site equipment valued at approximately R13 million.
This operational capacity allows the company to maintain efficiency, quality control and flexibility across projects of varying scale and complexity.
Environmental & Consulting Experience
In addition to construction services, CTS Group has also been involved in environmental consulting and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across South Africa, including residential estates, infrastructure upgrades and environmentally regulated developments.
